Spicy Brussels sprouts
Brussels sprouts (as many as you wish)
Fresh Ginger, approx 2 cm
1 fresh chilli pepper
A pinch of salt
Olive oil
Clean the Brussels sprouts and half them. Slice the chilli pepper finely. Peel the ginger an dice it finely.
In a pan heat a couple of tablespoons olive oil and saute the ginger and chilli, then add the Brussels sprouts and saute for a couple of minutes. Add half cup hot water and the salt and let it cook for another 7-8 minutes. It can be served as a side dish or with pasta
