Orange salad with olives and avocado

This recipe was inspired by a similar one published by Medical Medium sometimes ago. I made it much simpler with less ingredients, but it is still very tasty and colourful

 

6 oranges (preferably red)

¼ cup black olives (taggiasche), pitted

1 avocado, diced

Black pepper

Salt

1 Tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

 

Peel the orange, cut the top and bottom and then slice it horizontally into disks and arrange them on plates. Decorate with the other ingredients and sprinkle with some olive oil
