KALE AND POTATO SOUP

2 Potatos

2 cups kale, stem removed and chopped

Assafetida

Salt

Pepper

Water or vegetable stock

Hemp seeds to decorate (optional)

Peel the potatos and cut them in pieces. In a pot put the potatos, the chopped the kale, a pinch of assafetida, salt, pepper and enough water or vegetable stock to cover the vegetables over 2-3 centimetres.

Boil for 10-15 minutes or until the potatos are soft.

Blend to obtain a cream.

Serve warm decorating with hemp seeds (optional, or replace with any seeds)
