1/2 cup of ground almonds (or hazelnuts)

1/2 cup of dehydrated coconut flakes

7 dates

½ teaspoon vanille

3 tablespoons raw cacao

A pinch of salt


To decorate: a couple of spoons of dehydrated coconut flakes


Blend  almonds and coconut with cacao, vanille, salt and set aside. Blend the dates with a little bit of water, until you obtain a cream. Mix with the other ingredients and with the help of a spoon make the truffles. Put the rest of the coconut in a bowl and roll the truffles until the flakes cover their surface. Keep refrigerated before serving
