1 cauliflower
1/2 liter of vegetable milk
3 tablespoons of flour
2 tablespoons of oil
A pinch of nutmeg powder

Boil the cauliflower in salted water until it becomes tender. Once cooked, drain it and place it in an oven dish.
Prepare the béchamel by mixing the flour with the oil in a bowl until you get a dough. Heat the milk with a pinch of nutmeg and bring it to boil. Add it to the dough stirring well until the flour dissolves completely, then put it back to cook until it thickens.
Add the béchamel over the cauliflower and bake at 200°C until the surface is golden (about 15-20 minutes).
